We offer a whole workplace mediation service. We include 1 to 1 pre meetings with all mediation parties to inform and reassure participants about the mediation process before we begin any joint meetings.

We will draft mediation agreements as part of our service and work together with internal teams on a confidential basis to ensure mediation agreements can form the basis to move forward effectively.

The principal mediator is Victoria Currey Victoria is a qualified UK lawyer. She is also a qualified global mediator in the UK and Asia Pacific. Victoria has worked across the UK, USA, EMEA and Asia Pacific. She is well versed in diverse cultures and the context that can bring to disputes. As a post graduate from the University of Cambridge UK in work place analytics, Victoria also understands the bottom line impacts unresolved workplace conflict can bring.

Victoria has worked with trade Unions and employee forums throughout her career.
