As a qualified lawyer with a postgraduate qualification in workplace analytics from the University of Cambridge, UK, Victoria is an accomplished HR leader and consultant.
Victoria has worked internationally with Trade Unions and employee forums throughout her career, and has a deep understanding of the bottom-line impacts of unresolved workplace conflict. With experience across the UK, EMEA, the US, and Asia Pacific, she brings a global perspective to resolving workplace disputes.
