About Victoria, Founder of Two Magpies

Victoria Currey is the principal mediator and founder of Two Magpies.

As a qualified UK lawyer and accredited workplace mediator, she is an accomplished HR leader and consultant specialising in resolving complex workplace conflicts and driving organisational transformation. 

Victoria combines legal expertise, mediation skills, and strategic HR insight to deliver fair, pragmatic, and commercially sound solutions that protect business interests while supporting employee engagement.

The Symbolism of Magpies

Magpies are often associated with duality, balance, and contrast. The black-and-white feathers of the bird symbolise opposites, reminding us of the balance between light and dark, good and evil, and the physical and spiritual worlds.
