The Symbolism of Magpies
Magpies are often associated with duality, balance, and contrast. The black-and-white feathers of the bird symbolise opposites, reminding us of the balance between light and dark, good and evil, and the physical and spiritual worlds.
This duality is a central theme in many spiritual traditions, where opposites are not seen as enemies but as complementary forces that create harmony. This ethos is central to mediation in the workplace and to our organisation as a whole.
